High Rock noble. Spending his

self and everything within his reach, has produced a rare symmetry of

Aside from managing the
Hawksly estate and its expansive
kingdom in a very inhospitable region his activities remain
shrouded by
mystery, presumed to be the typical machinations associated with politicking

elvish hallmarks that are atypical in purely human races, indicative
of a particularly strong
Breton heritage which few in the
High Rock nobility can boast despite arranged marriages
orchestrated just to maintain the ancient bloodline; a mingling of

Aldmeri which results in sharp facial
symmetry, high cheek bones, tapered ears, etc. His hair has
prematurely silvered due to intense
magical training.
